Crypted Vault Under House

Before the arrival of Polycrete Basement Systems ths vault was disused. To make it useable again we made an opening for the stairs and installed a window well.
The floor was also lowered to gain headroom and the walls were lined with membrane and plaster board.

Failed Tanking Cellar

To solve the Failed tanking probelm in this project we installed our Waterguard system, a Supersump and wall membrane.

Cellar Conversion to Home Office

To improve headroom we removed 3ft of concreate rubble as well as 2ft of standing water.

Conversion to Habitable Space

In this project we installed a Window Well to introduce natural light into the Basement. The cellar was then lit and is now used as a play room.

Conversion from Disused Cellar

This project was featured on Channel 4's Room For Improvment. Natural light was introduced via the installation of a window well and the cellar is now used as a home office.
